Training
Training packages are available for the ADE to ease
the introduction of a new environment to End Users and
to allow Application Managers to gain the most from
their investment in a powerful product. Training can
also be provided for ADE applications developed by customers.
Training for Process Professional is separated into
two areas:
 |
End User Training |
 |
Application Manager Training |
Both courses are delivered by a Process Professional
trainer. Alternatively, the End User training may be
performed by a third party of the customer's choice
with training materials (documentation, presentation
files, exercises, hand-outs) provided to the trainer.
Process Professionally Delivered Training
Courses may be delivered on site with a customer, on
site at Process Professional's offices or
at any pre-agreed venue with suitable facilities.
3rd Party Delivered Training
Comprehensive course materials including participant
hand-outs and supporting visual aids will be provided
by Process Professional to the customer's chosen trainer.
Telephone support is available during training break
times if any questions raised require feedback direct
from Process Professional.
