How do I report on my P2 Application?
Data can be extracted in a number of ways:

FIND The End User FIND interface allows users to extract whatever data is in the RESULTS table-field in CSV format.

ADVANCED FIND A standard Remedy form with data labels and field types modified dynamically depending on the application being searched.

APPLICATION VIEW Data in a P2 Application is not stored in a column format. However, it is possible to transpose non-columnar data into columns. As an application is saved an Application Specific SQL view is created that contains the data specific to that application in columnar format using the Application Manager's own field names.
