Please note that Process Professional requires the BMC Software’s ARS platform to function. If your company does not currently run the Remedy ARS, Process Professional can provide assistance in purchasing the product. Please contact sales@processprofessional.com for a free assessment of your Remedy license requirements.

Once purchases are complete, a member of the Process Professional customer services team will contact you with decryption codes to download the product.

Please note that all support packages available from Process Professional INCLUDE support for the ADE applications you build.

Gold Support

30 days free web, email and telephone support including the applications you build;

Platinum Support

You may upgrade from Gold to Platinum support at any time over the phone should you wish to speak to a live operator for any reason after the 30 days free telephone support.

Support Packages are 12 months in duration. Customers will be notified one month in advance of support expiry with the option of renewing at the previous year's rate. Support upgrades will be calculated pro-rata relative to your annual support renewal date
